This recipe is from the Thai Cooking School at the Oriental Hotel, Bangkok Thailand.
Pla Neua Yaang Gun A-Ngoon Thai Spiced Salad of Grilled Beef with Grapes
Ingredients:
2 cups sliced grilled beef, rare to medium rare. Ideally, rub with banana leaf before cooking.
